Tova and Shmuel Tamir founded Ptora in 1956 after they left the Galilee for Moshav Sde Moshe, as part of a mission to settle the south. Over the years the business until Ptora as we know it today was born in 2006. Ptora is run by Noam, their son and Ido, their grandson with the goal of bringing locally produced products straight to consumers. This apple and chardonnay wine jam is made from a family recipe with no preservatives.
