Ingredients:
- Fresh fish fillet
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
- Fresh lemon

How do I make it?
Place the fillet (skin side down) in a skillet and season with salt, pepper, thyme, a little lemon juice and only then cover with olive oil.
Cover the skillet. Heat on a low flame until the fish is cooked (no need to turn it over). If the oil
begins to bubble, remove from heat for a few seconds. This way your fish fillet will turn out extra juicy.
