Branzino fillet with olive oil and lemon dressing
What are the chances that you’ve already begun planning your Rosh Hashana meal?
Not very high we’re guessing.
Save it and when you start planning you’ll know that one dish is already ready to go.
- Fresh fish fillet
- Fresh lemon
- Olive oil
How do I make it?
Place the fillet (skin side down) in a skillet and season with salt, pepper, thyme, a little lemon juice and only then cover with olive oil.
Cover the skillet. Heat on a low flame until the fish is cooked (no need to turn it over). If the oil
begins to bubble, remove from heat for a few seconds. This way your fish fillet will turn out extra juicy.
So simple, so delicious.
