What do you do with it?
In a mixing bowl, mix the diced chicken, together with 3/4 cup olive oil and spices.
Marinade in the fridge between 30 minutes to 3 hours. (The longer the yummier).
In a frying pan, heat up the remainder of the olive oil, add the onion and fry until golden.
Add the chicken mix into the pan and fry together until the chicken fillets are seared and turn golden.
Take out of the frying pan and sprinkle the lemon zest on top.
You can serve this amazing dish with tahini and a fresh tomato and chopped chili salad.
