Chicken Fillet Stir-Fry with Spices

In a hurry? Need to prepare a quick and light meal in a rush? We all had days like these.

Here is a quick and easy to make dish that does not require a lot of prepping, and is bountiful with “delishesness” and health.

The spice mix of our choice here is: Lilo Spice Mix – this spice mix is a mix of: Sweet paprika, herbs (Basil, Thyme, Oregano, Parsley), turmeric, garlic, salt & olive oil.

What will you need?

1/2 kg / 1.1 lbs  Chicken Fillet – cleaned and diced into cubes

1/2 cup  Olive Oil

1 tbsp.  Lilo Spice – By Ayelet_Spices

1 tsp Spiced Salt or Chili Salt

1  Onion halved & sliced thinly

1 tsp  Lemon Zest (not a must but it gives it that extra umpfffff )

What will you need?

1/2 kg / 1.1 lbs  Chicken Fillet – cleaned and diced into cubes

1/2 cup  Olive Oil

1  Onion halved & sliced thinly

1 tsp  Lemon Zest (not a must but it gives it that extra umpfffff )

What do you do with it?

In a mixing bowl, mix the diced chicken,  together with 3/4 cup olive oil and spices.

Marinade in the fridge between 30 minutes to 3 hours. (The longer the yummier).

In a frying pan, heat up the remainder of the olive oil, add the onion and fry until golden.

Add the chicken mix into the pan and fry together until the chicken fillets are seared and turn golden.

Take out of the frying pan and sprinkle the lemon zest on top.

You can serve this amazing dish with tahini and a fresh tomato and chopped chili salad.

This dish is a very familiar one in Israeli homes and kitchens, often a great one for children. it is a quick fix for hungry tummies that fills your heart as well.
