So simple to make you will be amazed! It is such a delicious dish, almost every Israeli restaurant serves it as a starter. And seems so sophisticated… until you find out how unbelievably easy it is to make!!!!

You won’t be able to stop! And everyone at the office or at school will try to convince you to swap sandwiches with them…. You’ll see… 

You’ll need

2 cups Kalamata Olives
1 large Garlic Clove
5 tbsp Olive Oil
4 anchovy fillets
1 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme

Here’s How

  1. Stone the olives and place them together with the garlic, anchovies and thyme in the food processor.
  2. Process in short pulses until the mixture well blended
  3. Add the olive oil slowly while stirring
  4. Place in a glass jar and fridge for up to 1 month

Enjoy this amazing olive spread in sandwiches, with fresh bread, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Whenever you eat something it’ll only add to your meal!
