2 cups Kalamata Olives
1 large Garlic Clove
5 tbsp Olive Oil
4 anchovy fillets
1 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
- Stone the olives and place them together with the garlic, anchovies and thyme in the food processor.
- Process in short pulses until the mixture well blended
- Add the olive oil slowly while stirring
- Place in a glass jar and fridge for up to 1 month
Enjoy this amazing olive spread in sandwiches, with fresh bread, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Whenever you eat something it’ll only add to your meal!
