Pesach Nutty Brownies!
Who doesn’t love brownies?
Brownies are the perfect baked good to have around the home but most of the Pesach recipes come up short.
Not this one. This is the ultimate Pesach brownie recipe. You won’t even believe that there isn’t chametz inside.
Brownies aren’t traditionally Israeli, but we’ve added them into our kitchen because they are so delicious. I love to add Israeli walnuts or pecans for a twist but you can leave them out if you want the purer version.
Say goodbye to the days of non-tasty Pesach desserts! These brownies will become part of your holiday celebration each year, I promise!
You’ll Need
4 Eggs
2 cups White Sugar
200 gr. Melted Butter
1 cup Extra Fine Matzo Meal
6 tbsp Cocoa Powder
150 gr. Chopped walnuts / pecans
1 tbsp Vanilla Essence

Here’s How
- In a bowl, mix together: eggs and sugar until blended well.
- Add the melted butter, matzo meal, cocoa, nuts, and vanilla essence.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered rectangular-shaped baking pan.
- Bake in 356 F for 20 minutes.
- Cooldown to room temperature cut up into squares.
- And ENJOY!!!
